PAYMENTS AND DEPOSIT

Accepted Answer

To secure your appointment for any of our services, including Brow Waxing, Brow Lamination, Henna Brow, and Lash Lifts, we require a non-refundable deposit fee at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill upon completion of your service. 
Payments can be made using any major credit card. I also accept cash payments on-site for your convenience.

How do you cancel or reschedule an appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as you can. Your deposit helps reserve your time, and it may be non-refundable if you cancel late or don’t arrive. I appreciate your understanding and communication.

GRACE PERIOD

I offer a 10-minute grace period for eyebrow waxing and other services. If you're more than 10 minutes late, I may need to reschedule to stay on track with other clients. Thank you for understanding and helping us offer timely service at our Brow Bar in NtSuites, North Richland Hills.

NO SHOW

I understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise. However, as a small business providing personalized brow services, no-shows can significantly impact our schedule and other clients. If you do not show up for your eyebrow waxing service appointment without prior notice, you will be subject to our no-show policy. This policy includes a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service price, which will be charged to the card on file. To avoid this fee, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and keep our services running smoothly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If you are unhappy with your eyebrow waxing service, I encourage you to inform me immediately. While I do not offer refunds due to the nature of beauty services, I'm commited to addressing any concerns you might have. ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

I’ll kindly ask you to find childcare on the day of your Permanent Makeup appointment.
I love kids but my studio is tiny, the procedure is long and I need full concentration and undivided attention while providing your service.
