To secure your appointment for any of our services, including Brow Waxing, Brow Lamination, Henna Brow, and Lash Lifts, we require a non-refundable deposit fee at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final bill upon completion of your service. Payments can be made using any major credit card. I also accept cash payments on-site for your convenience. BROW SERVICES If you need to cancel your appointment, I just ask you to be notified. I understand last minute emergencies happen and I won’t charge anyone. As a single mom, sometimes I need to cancel on my clients last minute as well. Just please, don’t take advantage of this policy. PERMANENT MAKEUP Should you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask you a 24hour notice. If you fail to cancel, the deposit becomes non-refundable and additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. - If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you forfeit your deposit. - If you no show to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and any rescheduled appointment will be need to be paid in full.

I offer a 10-minute grace period for eyebrow waxing and other services. If you're more than 10 minutes late, I may need to reschedule to stay on track with other clients. Thank you for understanding and helping us offer timely service at our Brow Bar in NtSuites, North Richland Hills.

I understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise. However, as a small business providing personalized brow services, no-shows can significantly impact our schedule and other clients. If you do not show up for your eyebrow waxing service appointment without prior notice, you will be subject to our no-show policy. This policy includes a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service price, which will be charged to the card on file. I’ll kindly ask you to find childcare on the day of your Permanent Makeup appointment. I love kids but my studio is tiny, the procedure is long and I need full concentration and undivided attention while providing your service.

Texas doesn’t require much when it comes to cosmetic tattooing. So you’re right to ask! I adhere to the highest of standards in the industry. I received my training from the best. I am certified for knowledge of bloodborne pathogens as required by OSHA. I am licensed and insured for practicing cosmetic tattooing. Everything I use is sterile, sanitary and disposable. After every client, the studio is cleaned and disinfected.
